Refund policy

All products available for sale on our website are made to order. Therefore, for both domestic and international purchases made through this website, returns and refunds are not accepted.

Within 14 days from the date you receive your order, you may request a size or model exchange, or you may be issued a discount code for the value of the product, which can be used without an expiration date.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for all applicable customs duties, taxes, import requirements, and customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

If an international shipment is refused by the customer, returned to SELMACILEK, abandoned, or destroyed as a result of unpaid customs duties or taxes, failure to provide required information or documentation, or failure to complete customs clearance, the order will remain non-refundable, including the product value and original shipping costs.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Products are eligible for exchange one time only and within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging, in the same condition in which it was received. A receipt or proof of purchase may also be required.

All exchange shipping and customs expenses are the responsibility of the customer. All exchange shipments must be sent via DHL. The required proforma invoice for the exchange shipment will be provided by the SELMACILEK team.

Products sent back to us without a prior exchange request will not be accepted.

Once the product has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your exchange has been approved. If approved, a gift voucher for the value of the product will be credited to your account for use toward your next purchase.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Products purchased directly from a SELMACILEK store may be returned on the same day of purchase.

For products purchased in-store, a size or model exchange may be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase, or a discount code equal to the value of the product may be issued for unlimited use.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, unaltered, and in a condition suitable for resale. A receipt or proof of purchase may also be required.

ONLINE PURCHASES — IN-STORE EXCHANGES

Products purchased through SELMACILEK.com may also be exchanged at SELMACILEK stores within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product meets all applicable exchange conditions.

DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS

SELMACILEK will not be responsible for damages or other issues reported after the applicable legal return period has expired.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

Certain products, including custom orders and personalized items, cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products that have been altered or modified in size, fit, or model at the customer's request are also excluded from returns and exchanges.

Discounted items and gift cards are non-refundable.

DELIVERY & IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with applicable regulations, postal and courier service providers may be required to record certain identification information when delivering a shipment, including the recipient's name, surname, and applicable identification or passport details.

Such information may be securely retained by the relevant service provider for the period required by applicable regulations and may be provided to the relevant authorities when legally required.

If the recipient refuses to provide identification information required by the courier or applicable regulations, the shipment may not be delivered and may be returned to the sender.
