These terms apply to your use of en.selmacilek.com and to every purchase made on it. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

2. Products
We show our pieces as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations can occur because many pieces are finished by hand. All pieces are produced in limited quantities and are subject to availability.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include import duties or taxes of the destination country (see our Shipping Policy). Payments are processed securely by iyzico; we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and will let you know.
4. Orders
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is complimentary. Delivery times, customs and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the items passes to you when they are delivered.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. You may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including designs, photographs, texts and logos, belongs to SELMACILEK or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
9. Use of the website
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to submit false information.
10. Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
