Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Istanbul, and shipping is complimentary on every order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to our courier within 2–7 business days. As soon as your order ships, we will email you the tracking number.

Delivery

All international orders are shipped with DHL. Delivery usually takes 5–10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Customs duties and taxes

Our prices do not include the import duties, taxes or customs fees of the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities, are paid by the recipient and are usually collected by DHL before delivery. Shipments to the United States are subject to import duties regardless of order value.

If a shipment is refused, returned or abandoned because duties or taxes were not paid, or because customs clearance was not completed, the order is non-refundable.

Identification at delivery

Depending on local regulations, the courier may ask the recipient for identification details, such as an ID or passport number. If these are not provided, the shipment may not be delivered and may be returned to us.
